TUESDAY

so i did not work out today. That is because today was my first day of rugby practice and i didnt want to workout before i went. rugby kicked my back side. i ran. and ran. and ran. and sweated. But i finished everything. i was the slowest person there but i can only go up from here. Im excited about playing. I'm excited about the workout. things are going well. so below is a video of rugby hits to give you an idea on what i'm doing. or going to be doing. enjoy
