The gym i workout in doesn't have any barbells so everything is done with cables or dumbbells.
I only ate 150 grams of protein today. I was at a different studio today and he doesn't allow food in the studio so i couldn't eat like i had planned. But tomorrow should be different. ok good night

and how is your chest feeling today? hopefully sore...that's the sweet burn of swoll. you might want to look into a meal replacement bar or shake from gnc to help with the protein intake without getting a ton of fat calories. need suggestions let me know.
