DAY TWO

I woke up ate three eggs and then hit the gym. Here was my workout for today.

everything is 3x8

Back Rows
biceps curls
lawn mover pulls
straight bar curls
Back Pull Thingy
Circle curls
close grip pull down

Yesterday i did not eat 180 grams of protein but i will try today.

On a different note. Ashley has a job interview today. Please pray that it goes well.
